📋 Description

• Manage and prioritize daily SFTP and Mirth Connect tasks • Automate manual processes • Analyze multiple file types and standards • Configure SFTP users and folder structures • Troubleshoot SFTP connection issues and other complications • Train end users on SFTP and Secure Forms • Set up folders, credentials, and automated file movement • Work cross-functionally to configure HL7 connections • Provide exceptional customer service to internal employees and clients • Analyze data by writing and running basic SQL queries • Analyze logs to identify and prevent potential issues • Analyze files for complete data • Manage assigned projects • Follow up with clients on live and test data

🎯 Requirements

• Experience utilizing SQL, including writing and running queries, to analyze data • GoAnywhere experience preferred • Knowledge and understanding of file structures and formats, including HL7, EDI X12, image formats, and Excel • Proficient MS Office skills • Ability to understand critical issues and resolve them through problem solving and attention to detail • Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written • Eagerness and willingness to learn new technology, perform varied tasks, and adapt to change • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in day-to-day work • Legally eligible to work in the United States
