📋 Description

• Design, deploy, and continuously improve impactful and high-risk agents using Gemini agent builder, Claude, Codex, and MCP integrations • Own the full maturity path from initial prototype to a hardened, governed product • Pair with subject matter experts, including compensation analysts and recruiters, to build domain-specific agents • Transfer technical expertise so subject matter experts can maintain and evolve their tools independently • Redesign workflows to address fundamental process issues rather than merely automating broken systems • Operate shipped solutions as a product owner by monitoring adoption and diagnosing failures • Guide stakeholders in turning skeptics into sponsors • Partner with the AI Center of Excellence and Forward Deployed Engineering team on technical integration challenges and governance standards • Report to the AI Transformation Director in the Global People & Culture Organization

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated hands-on experience building AI agents, automations, or tools that changed how real work gets done • Technical fluency sufficient to design agent architecture and instructions, work with MCPs and governance systems, and evaluate outputs at the system level without needing engineering handholding • Track record of taking solutions from problem identification through real adoption while simultaneously upskilling others through training, enablement, or sustained co-working • Highly autonomous, self-directed, and comfortable operating as a senior individual contributor in a domain being invented in real time • Proven builder with a portfolio of shipped, adopted GenAI agents • Hands-on experience with skills, MCPs, data, automations, prompt design, and evals • Deep awareness of risks associated with people data and HR operations • Preferred: intersection of engineering depth and HR practice • Preferred: deep understanding of agent building and HR operations risks and sensitivities
