📋 Description

• Partner with enterprise account teams to own and execute technical sales strategy for complex, high-value AI security opportunities from discovery to close • Configure and present tailored, outcome-driven demonstrations of Zscaler’s AI security platform to technical practitioners and C-level executives • Guide customers through demos and proofs of value to validate secure enterprise AI capabilities • Serve as field authority on RAG, agents, prompt workflows, and preventing sensitive data exposure and unsanctioned AI usage • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to incorporate customer feedback into the product roadmap • Build reusable demo assets, technical assets, enablement playbooks, competitive positioning, and training content • Share best practices and train enterprise account teams • Advise Fortune 500 executives and architects on deploying AI securely

🎯 Requirements

• Strong foundational knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), MCP orchestration patterns, and related security risks • 10+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Advisory • Proven experience navigating complex, enterprise-level sales cycles • Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, Zero Trust architecture, data loss prevention (DLP), cloud-native security platforms, and API integrations • Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills • Ability to translate complex AI architectures into business value and security outcomes • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and go-to-market teams • Preferred: experience interacting with LLM APIs, scripting, creating agentic automation routines, and building lightweight AI applications • Preferred: experience deploying production AI technologies while addressing data leakage, model governance, compliance frameworks, and shadow AI usage • Preferred: experience creating field assets, technical workshops, and competitive positioning content
