📋 Description

• Talk with customers and Sales and Customer Success teams to understand customer decisions and translate needs into clear requirements • Partner with Data & Analytics leadership to prioritize data initiatives and determine customer-facing capabilities • Work with Engineering from sprint planning through release to deliver data capabilities • Identify AI and machine learning applications for forecasting renter demand, improving marketing performance, and answering customer questions • Scope, build, and validate AI and machine learning capabilities with Data & Analytics and Engineering • Ensure customer-facing insights are accurate, explainable, actionable, and clearly visualized • Define and instrument success metrics for each capability • Use experimentation to evaluate product performance • Incorporate data insights into broader product development • Use AI tools to synthesize customer feedback, explore data, draft specifications, and prototype • Share effective AI practices with the team • Report to the VP, Product

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years in product management, product analytics, or a hybrid of the two, preferably in B2B or data products • Comfortable enough in SQL to pull your own answers and sanity-check someone else’s • Working understanding of data models, metric definitions, and experiments • Ability to translate customer needs into analyst questions and product capabilities • Comfortable working directly with customers • Analytically minded with a strong point of view • Curious and hands-on with AI tools, with a grounded view of where AI adds real product value • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Bonus points for experience in proptech, real estate, or marketplace businesses
