📋 Description

• Deliver profitable growth through selling a broad and differentiated suite of solutions and managing the existing portfolio • Develop knowledge of agents’ business models and create business plans that optimize opportunities aligned with growth strategies • Lead and manage agent and customer value propositions to deliver profitable growth • Retain business and grow market share in the assigned territory by enhancing the customer experience for RCIS agents • Educate agents on RCIS products and advise them on marketing products to customers and growing their business • Identify new or enhanced products and services to support agencies • Identify training needs and lead training agents on RCIS products and software • Coordinate and present at agent training meetings • Identify and analyze processing and servicing issues, recommend solutions, and collaborate with departments toward resolution • Ensure agents comply with regulatory requirements and help establish quality control processes • Provide subject matter expertise and assist in developing SOPs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 6 or more years of experience in the Sales area, OR High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8 or more years of experience in the Sales area, OR Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and 6 or more years of experience in the Sales area • Insurance industry experience preferred • Strong verbal and written communication skills preferred • Must live in the assigned territory of Virginia, Maryland, or Delaware • Estimated travel is 50% • Employment sponsorship is not offered
