📋 Description

• Serve as the single point of connection between private-product strategy, underwriting rules, market intelligence and field-ready sales execution • Bring agent and sales feedback back into product decisions • Act as the strategic and technical bridge between the Private Products organization and the Sales & Service organization • Understand customer and agent needs for Private Products • Translate stakeholder needs into profitable products • Work with stakeholders to implement a successful Go-To-Market strategy • Collaborate across Underwriting, Sales, Training, Marketing, Claims, Compliance, Actuarial and Technology • Establish a feedback loop so agent needs and competitor activity inform product priorities while maintaining underwriting appetite, rate adequacy, regulatory requirements and implementation readiness • Travel approximately 40%

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5 or more years of experience in the Product Development area OR High School Diploma or Equivalent and 7 or more years of experience in the Product Development area • Crop insurance experience • Underwriting and/or Claims experience • Strong knowledge of private crop insurance products and the federal crop insurance program • Significant crop insurance experience, ideally spanning private products, underwriting, sales strategy, product management, training or technical operations • Ability to interpret policy provisions, underwriting guidelines, rating concepts, eligibility rules and complex product interactions • Experience partnering with crop insurance agents, regional sales teams and/or distribution leaders in a field-facing environment • Experience conducting competitor and market analysis and translating insights into product positioning, product development or go-to-market actions • Ability and willingness to travel approximately 40%, including multi-day field travel during peak planning, training and sales periods • Employment sponsorship is not offered
