📋 Description

• Support sales efforts in the Northeast territory • Support growth and profitability in an assigned region through Finance & Insurance book-of-business sales • Maintain profitable relationships with new and existing customers • Cultivate relationships and drive production in current large franchised automotive dealer accounts • Obtain referrals for new F&I business opportunities • Support performance and key initiatives through ongoing dealership training and development • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders via email, intranet, and newsletters • Attend conferences, seminars, training events, and other meetings to promote Zurich’s marketing efforts • Understand and respond to customers’ changing technology and IT requirements • Gain internal buy-in to maintain customer relationships

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 2 or more years of experience in the sales area OR High School Diploma or Equivalent and 4 or more years of experience in the sales area • Strong knowledge of principles of sales, sales techniques, and sales terminology • Dealership training experience • Advanced knowledge of technology within the dealership • Basic knowledge of all F&I products • Knowledge of techniques and terminology of warranty claims • Ability to multi-task • Ideal candidate will live in the territory covering Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Vermont, potentially including parts of neighboring states • All candidates are subject to a driving record check • Employment sponsorship is not offered
