📋 Description

• Assist clients through the loan process from application to closing and resolve client concerns • Build and maintain relationships with referral sources and professionals to market the Rocket brand and help clients obtain real estate financing • Consult with clients and analyze financial situations to determine appropriate loan products • Evaluate credit, employment, income, assets, property, and other documents to determine financing eligibility • Cultivate mortgage referral sources and market the value of working with Rocket Mortgage • Advise and educate clients on home-buying, refinancing, and mortgage management • Establish, develop, and maintain a book of business to drive referral volume and revenue • Provide exceptional service to referral sources and clients • Stay current on product offerings, qualifying parameters, and process changes • Represent the Rocket brand at civic and community functions to support business development and lead flow

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in mortgage loan origination • State and federal licenses • Proven track record obtaining referrals and generating lead volume • Professional communication, time management, results-driven, teamwork, and critical/strategic thinking skills • Preferred: 3 years of experience in mortgage loan origination • Desire to work and grow in an entrepreneurial environment
