ZWW Deutschland is the Zentrum für Wirtschaft & Wachstum that helps consultants, coaches and agencies become listed as providers of state‑funded consulting in Germany and to document and deliver guideline‑compliant, fundable advisory services. They provide hands‑on support, templates, EDV‑tools, a QM handbook and project guidance to prepare funding applications and evidence, and offer tiered packages from a free eligibility check to full operational accompaniment. Founded and led by Dr. -Ing. Florian Marthaler (CEO) and Dr. -Ing. Lucas Bretz (COO) and based in Karlsruhe, ZWW focuses on enabling B2B service providers to access federal subsidies for areas like marketing, digitalization, HR and process optimization, reducing bureaucracy and increasing approval rates.

📋 Description

• You conduct 30–40 structured 1-hour workshops with entrepreneurs per month — online, attentive, and to the point. • You quickly familiarize yourself with many different business models and industries and rapidly identify where the potential lies. • You collaboratively develop clients’ offerings with a focus on product-market fit. • You coach entrepreneurs to think beyond their existing offerings and discover new opportunities. • You distill complex discussions into clear points and translate the results into a structured format. • You ensure that every consultation delivers a tangible outcome with clear goals, approach, and added value. • You deeply learn the ZWW system and the requirements related to subsidized business consulting.

🎯 Requirements

• Very good command of German • Ability to explain complex issues clearly and formulate precisely • Positive, engaging presence and enjoyment of working with people • Ability to actively facilitate workshops and deliver concrete results • Quick comprehension and rapid onboarding into new topics and business models • Understanding of business models, offerings, and markets • Familiarity with concepts such as Business Model Generation and Value Proposition Design or comparable frameworks • Confident demeanor when speaking with entrepreneurs • Experience in coaching, facilitation, consulting, innovation, or offer development is a plus • A degree in industrial engineering, business administration, innovation management, or a similar field is a fit but not required
