📋 Description

• Support partner studios during their technical transition to the platform and ensure a smooth onboarding process • Audit VFX, 3D, and rendering workflows • Deploy virtual workstations (VDI) and optimized GPU environments for each use case • Collaborate with the product development team to communicate field requirements and enhance the platform’s features • Develop Python scripts to automate recurring tasks • Write clear technical documentation and establish best-practice guides • Assess software and hardware requirements to design, implement, and maintain high-performance infrastructure • Serve as a subject-matter expert for internal teams and facilitate knowledge sharing • Bridge the gap between software engineering and artists’ needs

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in the VFX, 3D animation, video game, or digital media industry • Excellent understanding of major industry tools, including Houdini, Nuke, Blender, After Effects, and others • Advanced proficiency in Python or another scripting/automation language • Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows server administration • Proficiency in GPU cloud architecture, virtualization, and distributed storage systems • Strong communication and knowledge-sharing skills, with the ability to engage with VFX designers and network developers • Highly self-motivated, methodical, and exceptionally organized • Fluency in spoken and written French • Practical experience with render farms and queue managers, such as Deadline, is an asset • Expertise with the NVIDIA GPU ecosystem and advanced virtualization technologies is an asset • Experience integrating cloud APIs or billing automation tools is an asset • University degree (Bachelor’s) in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent education/experience is an asset
