📋 Description

• Partner with clients, implementation teams, and internal stakeholders to understand data distribution requirements. • Perform data analysis, data profiling, and data mapping to support accurate client outputs. • Build and maintain data distribution extracts, SQL queries, and scripts with guidance from senior team members. • Support optimization of data extract scripts for performance, scalability, and reliability. • Validate outputs, investigate data issues, and contribute to root cause analysis when discrepancies arise. • Document requirements, workflows, data mappings, and technical decisions to support repeatable delivery. • Participate in client meetings, project discussions, and internal working sessions to learn requirements and communicate progress. • Collaborate with teammates to solve data challenges and contribute to a high-performing, inclusive, and supportive team culture. • Bring curiosity and ideas for process improvements, automation, and more efficient ways of working.

🎯 Requirements

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent academic, project, internship, or professional experience relevant to data engineering, analytics, computer science, information systems, or a related technical field. • Strong SQL programming skills, with the ability to write queries, analyze data, and troubleshoot results. • Exposure to data analysis, data profiling, reporting, data mapping, or data validation through coursework, internships, projects, research, or prior work experience. • Interest in healthcare data and systems, including membership, claims, provider, or related healthcare data sets. • Ability to work with large or complex data sets and apply analytical thinking to solve business and technical problems. • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to perform root cause analysis on data, processes, and outputs. • Clear communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage work in a fast-moving environment. • Curiosity, humility, and a willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and healthcare data concepts. • Desire to contribute individually while also collaborating closely with others. • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire. • Experience or coursework involving AWS, Azure, Databricks, Spark, Snowflake, performance tuning, query optimization, ETL, or data pipeline development is not required.
