📋 Description

• Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including user and group management, system configuration, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting • Manage platform upgrades, patches, and configuration changes • Configure and develop ServiceNow modules, workflows, forms, and automations using JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and integrations • Support onboarding of new services and business functions onto ServiceNow • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities • Manage platform security, role-based access controls, data permissions, and governance practices • Develop and maintain integrations with enterprise systems • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and implementation partners on platform enhancements and expansion initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years of related professional experience, including 3–5 years of hands-on ServiceNow administration and configuration experience • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required • Post-secondary certificate or diploma in a relevant discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles, processes, and best practices • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform configuration, customization, workflow automation, reporting, security, and integrations • Working knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs • Experience supporting platform administration, access management, troubleshooting, and system maintenance • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and contribute to cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives • Resumes must be submitted in English
