📋 Description

• Investigate moderately complex and some complex comprehensive personal liability claims, including unrepresentative moderate and CPL losses • Analyze coverage and review policy language • Obtain recorded statements • Evaluate liability, damages, and claim value • Handle demands, issue payments, and negotiate settlements • Review medical reports for claims settlement evaluation • Determine and explain coverage limits for claims involving single or multiple claimants • Set and update reserves, document rationale, and prepare claim summary notes • Act as the primary point of contact for policyholder attorneys and lead direct negotiations • Research and respond to customer communications, concerns, conflicts, and issues • Summarize documents and enter claim notes, evaluations, and decision-making processes into the claim system

🎯 Requirements

• 2 or more years of experience • Adjuster License • Strong negotiating experience • Policy interpretation experience • Experience handling third-party bodily injury claims from homeowners, renters, landlord, ATV, boat, and golf cart policies • Must have a home office in the United States • Dedicated private workspace free from distractions • Minimum internet bandwidth of 50 MB download / 5 MB upload • Appropriate work surface and seating • Must submit to a background investigation • Active insurance license holders must terminate existing appointments and cannot hold outside appointments during employment • Applicants with a resident producer license must surrender it when instructed by the licensing team
