📋 Description

• Primarily respond to inbound customer calls • Understand customers’ needs and identify gaps in their coverage • Recommend personalized insurance products • Meet and exceed sales targets • Build product knowledge and use Allstate’s tools and systems • Expand coverage across each household and increase customer retention • Build long-term customer relationships and enhance customer satisfaction • Collaborate with the team and management to support growth strategies • Participate in ongoing training sessions on products, industry standards, and regulatory requirements

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent certificate (preferred) • 0–2 years of experience in sales or customer service (preferred) • Property and casualty insurance license is an asset; otherwise, we will support you in obtaining your license • Strong communication skills • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets • Ability to work in a collaborative, goal-oriented environment • Availability to participate in ongoing training sessions and comply with regulatory requirements
