📋 Description
• Develop, nurture, and retain key relationships with Mortgage Brokers • Provide top-tier customer service and efficient file processing • Identify potential clients and expand the Broker network • Enhance knowledge of Bridgewater Bank’s offerings and the mortgage industry • Attend industry events for market feedback • Collaborate with Underwriting and Marketing teams
🎯 Requirements
• Post-secondary degree in Business Administration or a related field • At least 5 years of direct sales experience within the mortgage industry • AMP (Accredited Mortgage Professional) designation
