📋 Description

• Own the GTM technology stack, ensuring Salesforce and adjacent systems operate as one connected system • Investigate internal data to identify process gaps, root causes, priorities, and optimization opportunities • Build and manage automation workflows to reduce manual work and improve efficiency • Design and ship AI-powered workflows, including multi-step agents, structured data extraction, and decision-making automations • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to translate business needs into scalable processes • Evaluate, pilot, and implement AI tools such as Claude, Devs.ai, Clay, and Workato • Drive data integrity through deduplication, standardization, and data-entry enforcement • Support and automate commissions, territory management, and data enrichment processes • Manage incident response, change management, monitoring, alerting automation, and documentation • Lead cross-functional GTM systems projects from scoping through implementation

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of business experience in a go-to-market operations or forward deployment role • Experience working in Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Revenue, or related go-to-market operations • Strong quantitative and qualitative data analysis skills • Deep Salesforce administration experience, including configuration, workflow/flow building, data modeling, and reporting • Experience building and managing modern GTM systems and integrations, including Zendesk, HubSpot, Planhat, Gong, and similar tools • Hands-on LLM experience, including prompt design, tool/function calling, context and memory design, and output evaluation • Comfort with basic TypeScript/JavaScript and Python scripting • Strong project management skills • Strong SQL or data analysis skills • Experience with BI/reporting tools such as Looker, Snowflake, Tableau, or similar • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to challenge assumptions and support final decisions • Formal Salesforce admin certification is a plus
