📋 Description

• Build live mobile games including Single City, Kingdoms of Heckfire, and Party in my Dorm • Develop tools and infrastructure for massively multiplayer online experiences • Implement scalable, reliable, and maintainable client and server technologies • Collaborate closely with artists and designers • Implement features, systems, and tools for games in live operation • Build full-stack features from front-end client code through back-end server support • Participate in design, implementation, playtests, and metrics analysis • Construct systems for safe deployment to the distributed backend • Create tools to automate and optimize cross-disciplinary processes • Work on game backends using Django and MySQL, and frontend clients using Unity or native iOS/Android

🎯 Requirements

• Must be enrolled in an accredited degree program in winter 2027 • Tech generalist/full-stack engineering orientation • Desire to work on both client- and server-side implementations • Strong understanding of object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms • Ability to communicate thoughts and ideas clearly in code and writing • Interest in and experience playing mobile gaming products • Legally eligible to work in Canada • Located in Canada • Available during core hours of 11am–4pm PST
