📋 Description

• Train shop owners and their teams on how to effectively use AutoLeap • Build strong relationships with customers and own their implementation outcomes • Develop a deep understanding of the automotive industry and become a trusted advisor to customers • Offer in-person support and training to strategic accounts as needed • Share customer feedback with the Product team • Collaborate with peers to continuously improve processes and operations

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in software implementations • Passion for helping others succeed and a dedication to customer satisfaction • A strong track record of achievement in previous roles • Bring your own unique skills and perspectives to the team • Ability to travel for on-site support and training to strategic accounts • French/English bilingual preferred
