📋 Description

• Coordinate the entire patient journey • Travel occasionally for on-site clinic visits • Act as the primary point of contact for physicians enrolling patients into NavieGo managed programs • Establish and maintain relationships with assigned clinics and physicians, including site visits • Request missing or additional information from physician offices, pharmacies, and other healthcare providers • Coordinate prescription drug coverage for patients • Coordinate cases with insurance companies, physician offices, and healthcare professionals • Coordinate documents, submissions, and paperwork for insurance companies and public funding programs • Coordinate clinic appointments and drug deliveries within required timelines • Build relationships with patients and key healthcare providers • Implement best practices to maximize patient access to drug coverage • Coordinate pharmacy processes after funding is obtained • Apply knowledge of public and private funding systems • Work rotating Monday-to-Friday shifts covering 8 AM to 8 PM EST and supporting Canadian regions

🎯 Requirements

• English/French bilingualism is required • Registered Nurse designation and current provincial licensing is required • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer/client service and healthcare reimbursement • Healthcare, pharmaceutical, or insurance industry experience is an asset • Strong proficiency in Microsoft and Google applications, including Google apps, Word, and Excel • Professional, courteous, and efficient telephone manner • Ability to organize time, set priorities, and multitask to meet competing deadlines • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities • Ability to work rotating Monday-to-Friday shifts supporting various regions of Canada
