📋 Description

• Receive, scan, and document pertinent clinical information in compliance with SOPs, protocols, and applicable legislation • Work with internal and external clients to request additional information or clarification • Review patient information in databases and ensure accurate documentation • Attach Post Infusion Reports to databases • Perform data entry into program-specific databases and the Quality Management System • Sort, file, and review incoming faxes and documents • Assist with processing document translations • Perform quality checks on adverse event reports • Assist with literature search and review activities • Perform reconciliation activities with internal and external clients and partners • Conduct follow-up and clarification activities to ensure completeness of safety reports • Perform other assigned duties and tasks • May participate in standby/on-call coverage • Support drug safety and pharmacovigilance activities for Cencora/Innomar Strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum science graduate • 6 months to 1 year experience • Diploma or degree with a concentration in Life Sciences is a strong asset • Knowledge of the Pharmacovigilance industry is an asset • Experience in the medical and/or pharmaceutical fields is an asset • Knowledge of medical terminology is an asset • Bilingual in English and French is mandatory • Able to work any 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, if necessary • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing • Effective interpersonal skills • Effective organizational skills and ability to multitask • Superior, proven attention to detail • Ability to consistently meet deadlines • Excellent problem-solving skills • Ability to communicate and/or resolve issues effectively and efficiently • Computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office programs • Good internet required for remote work
