📋 Description

• Manage assigned patient reimbursement and coordination cases for the NavieGo branch • Manage patient cases overall and serve as the single point of contact for assigned healthcare providers • Facilitate the entire patient journey and communication among involved parties • Coordinate and manage requirements for prescription drug coverage • Complete documents, submissions, and paperwork for insurance companies and public funding programs • Coordinate cases with insurers, physician offices, and healthcare professionals • Coordinate clinic appointments and drug deliveries within required timelines • Support and guide patients and healthcare providers throughout the reimbursement process • Build trusted relationships with patients and healthcare providers • Apply best practices to maximize patient access to drug coverage • Coordinate pharmacy processes after funding is obtained • Apply in-depth knowledge of public and private funding systems • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline reimbursement processes and improve efficiency • Enhance patient experience and satisfaction with the reimbursement process

🎯 Requirements

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience • Qualified Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, or Registered Practical Nurse with a valid provincial license • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer/client service and healthcare reimbursement • Prior oncology experience preferred • Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or insurance industry is an asset • Bilingualism in French and English is required • English proficiency required • Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information • Strong proficiency in Microsoft and Google applications, including Google Apps, Word, and Excel • Ability to work rotating shifts Monday through Friday, covering 8 AM to 8 PM • Professional, courteous, and efficient telephone manner • Proven ability to organize schedules, prioritize, multitask, and meet competing deadlines • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Effective problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
