📋 Description

• Manage, plan and implement specific programs/portfolio within NavieGo, BioScript Solutions’ Patient Programs company • Support an Oncology Patient Support Program within the NavieGo portfolio • Ensure the program is designed and implemented according to the sponsor’s strategic direction • Ensure program sponsor needs are met • Oversee overall program performance and services including reimbursement, patient coordination and medication management • Manage stakeholder escalations appropriately and to the sponsor’s satisfaction • Provide portfolio insights and intelligence on market, competitive and payer matters • Design, evolve, produce and deliver program reporting • Evaluate program strengths, weaknesses and improvement opportunities • Collaborate with analytics teams on program-related reporting • Lead or participate in client meetings and day-to-day client communications • Recommend and help execute operational changes through change management • Collaborate with internal departments delivering program-related services • Provide support, guidance and leadership to the team • Assist with quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives, including CAPA activities • Attend therapeutically relevant conferences to build client and stakeholder relationships • Report to the Senior Program Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a healthcare/pharmaceutical-related field • Experience managing a patient support program in multiple therapeutic areas is a strong asset • A Bachelor’s degree program and/or an equivalent combination of experience and education is required • Program management skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities • Proven customer relationship and/or account management skills with direct client interaction • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and competent reporting and trending data • Strong financial acumen and hands-on budget management experience • General knowledge of reimbursement, patient support programs, database elements and functionality • Exceptional project management skills with experience organizing, planning and executing projects from vision through implementation • In-depth knowledge of public/private and federal funding mechanisms • Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
