📋 Description

• Support customers primarily through the inbound call queue at the BMO Investment Centre • Build trust and meaningful customer relationships while delivering an excellent customer experience • Understand customer needs and provide wealth- and investment-related sales and service to BMO customers or prospects • Support onboarding of new accounts • Process Mutual Fund and Term investment transactions • Review customers' goals and objectives and ensure they have appropriate investment products and services • Fulfill sales and service activities in accordance with approved procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Typically 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience • Completed Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or Investment Funds in Canada Course (IFIC) • Good knowledge and understanding of competitive marketplace trends and product offerings • Some knowledge and understanding of industry regulations and standards • Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and listening skills • Strong verbal and written language skills in both French and English • Fluent in French and English • Availability to work between 8:00AM and 8:00PM EST Monday to Friday • Availability for 37.5 hours per week • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
