📋 Description

• Provide expert advice and counsel on talent acquisition, including sourcing and recruiting strategies • Act as a trusted advisor to the assigned business/group • Influence and negotiate to achieve business objectives • Assist in developing strategic plans and determining business priorities • Conduct independent analysis and assessment to resolve strategic issues • Design and produce regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards • Build change management plans and lead or participate in change management activities • Define communication plans, develop tailored messaging, and identify distribution channels • Provide input into planning and implementation of operational programs • Develop talent acquisition solutions and recommendations based on business strategy and stakeholder needs • Advise business/groups on implementing talent acquisition solutions • Conduct industry analysis and trend research to identify recruiting opportunities • Develop innovative sourcing and recruiting strategies and recruit for complex roles requiring external search support • Identify emerging issues, trends, and needs to inform business strategies and decisions • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on talent acquisition solutions • Lead coaching and capability building on recruitment techniques and tools across BMO • Build effective stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment • Support strategic initiatives with internal and external stakeholders • Analyze data and information to provide talent acquisition insights and recommendations • Gather and format data for reports and dashboards • Monitor and track performance and address issues • Provide specialized consulting, analytical, and technical support • Work independently and handle non-routine situations • Apply BMO's Risk Management Framework and adhere to applicable policies, laws, and regulations

🎯 Requirements

• Typically between 5 - 7 years of relevant experience • Post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Appropriate HR designation • Previous experience and demonstrated results in recruiting or sourcing - In-depth • Deep knowledge and technical proficiency gained through extensive education and business experience • Verbal and written communication skills - In-depth • Collaboration and team skills - In-depth • Analytical and problem solving skills - In-depth • Influence skills - In-depth • Data driven decision making - In-depth • Must make sound, risk-informed decisions aligned to business strategy and applicable policies, laws and regulations
