📋 Description

• Engage with customers to resolve overdue balances while maintaining a positive, respectful, and empathetic experience • Process accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely • Contact customers by phone to remind them of overdue balances • Review, research, and verify customer account details across multiple systems • Document all conversations and actions clearly, accurately, and promptly • Handle customer questions, disputes, or concerns • Perform other duties as requested

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent English and Canadian French • High School Diploma or General Education (GED) • Ability to work CST/CDT hours, 8-hour days, from 8am to 5pm • Ability to process accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely • Ability to contact customers by phone professionally • Ability to review, research, and verify customer account details across multiple systems • Ability to document conversations and actions clearly, accurately, and promptly • Ability to handle customer questions, disputes, or concerns with patience and empathy • Ability to work in a team-based environment • Professional demeanor • Proficient written and verbal communication skills • Proficient comprehension skills • Time management and organizational skills • Basic math skills • Proficient telephone skills • Proficient in MS Office
