📋 Description

• Define and develop test strategies, test process flows, test sequences, test stations, and associated test fixtures • Provide input and guidance on design for manufacturability (DFM), design for testability (DFT), and scalability • Create and maintain test specifications (XS) and debugging aids • Develop and validate automated test sequences • Lead efforts to resolve technical issues • Deliver training to contract manufacturer production teams on new products, processes, equipment, and tools • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the NPI process and reduce time-to-market for new products • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality, scalability, and manufacturing efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering • 3+ years of experience in NPI Test Engineering, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment • Strong knowledge of mechanical, hardware (electronics), and software • Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python, C, and C# • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, assembly techniques, and quality standards • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • Effective communication and collaboration skills • Ability to travel • Experience with Altium development tools is a nice-to-have • Team-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and capable of independent work • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
