📋 Description

• Lead resolution of routine and moderately complex medical information inquiries using approved content, response standards, and documentation requirements • Review and maintain scientific response content, knowledge resources, and documentation records • Capture, triage, document, and escalate adverse events, product quality complaints, and other reportable safety information within required timelines • Coordinate with medical affairs, regulatory, safety, and operational partners • Recommend and implement approved updates to templates, checklists, routing practices, and workflow controls • Mentor junior colleagues and reinforce updated procedures and documentation practices • Evaluate inquiry trends and service data to identify workflow and knowledge-delivery improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum college level education required • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required • 1-3 years experience in Medical Information, Clinical Research or Drug Safety or equivalent and related experience in pharmacy or pharmaceutical fields • 3+ years of experience in medical information, drug information, pharmacovigilance, medical affairs support, clinical services, healthcare operations, scientific communications, or a related field required • Knowledge of pharmacovigilance guidelines of Health Canada, US FDA, EMEA and ICH • Experience in the medical and/or pharmaceutical fields • English/French bilingual required • Able to work any 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, if necessary • Strong analytical skills • Effective oral and written communication • Effective interpersonal and organizational skills • Ability to multitask • Superior attention to detail • Ability to consistently meet deadlines • Excellent problem-solving skills • Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office programs • Good internet required for remote work
