📋 Description

• Conduct professional, consistent, quality-driven classroom training for new hires • Facilitate computer-based training programs and classroom presentations as part of the 2 Day NETP Class • Present Welcome, New Employee Orientation, Safety, Excellence in Customer Service, and Techniques of Alcohol Management training • Conduct and track TAM 01 training for employees every two years or as required by policy • Conduct and track TAM 02 training for Store Managers in assigned regions • Partner with the Training Store Manager to provide a cohesive hands-on training experience • Verify, schedule, and track new hires through Workday • Process new-hire paperwork, verify identification for I-9 requirements, and process Social Security numbers through E-Verify • Maintain uniform counts, verify orders, and update the uniform spreadsheet • Screen potential candidates and provide updates or issues to management • Dispense uniforms, nametags, and In Store Training Passports to trainees • Maintain a clean training facility • Follow state, federal, and company guidelines • Complete additional assignments as needed

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma required • 3–5 years of retail and/or training experience • Computer literacy in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint • Strong analytical and leadership skills • Ability to manage multiple activities with strong attention to detail • Professional verbal and written communication skills • Ability to maintain a positive team attitude and professional demeanor • Self-motivated with ability to complete assigned duties within set timeframes • Reliable transportation to cover other training facilities during vacations or as needed • Ability to follow state, federal, and company guidelines • Ability to sit, talk, and/or hear regularly • Ability to use hands to handle or grasp items • Ability to stand, walk, and reach with both hands and arms occasionally • Ability to lift items weighing 5–10 lbs occasionally
