📋 Description

• Interact with senior management and manage overall relationships for multiple Private Equity clients • Manage various operational aspects associated with client relationships and investors • Coordinate with the Accounting, Financial Statement, Tax and Legal teams • Manage and monitor external audit process • Review private equity fund client’s partnership agreements and other materials • Assist with the implementation and understanding of fund structures • Manage and monitor the quality of client deliverables • Manage and develop staff of 4-6 Investor Relations Specialists • Review and produce partner statements and notifications • Assist with fund manager and investor calls • Prepare and review all activity within stated Service Level Agreements • Involved with reporting and assist with various projects as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics or comparable Investor relations and finance experience • 5-7 years’ experience in the Hedge Fund/Private Assets industry • Minimum 2 years’ experience managing staff • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory issues including KYC and Anti-Money Laundering policies • Proven client relationship skills • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
