📋 Description

• Build and iterate on workflows, integrations, and automations that improve day-to-day efficiency • Execute high-priority tooling and automation initiatives across the operational stack • Partner with engineers and developers to scope requirements, write technical specifications, and prioritize tooling work for Ops • Improve systems across support platforms and AI-driven solutions • Translate defined problems into practical, well-scoped technical solutions • Identify gaps or inefficiencies in current tooling and proactively address them • Troubleshoot issues, improve system reliability, and ensure tools perform effectively in production • Contribute to improvements in how systems connect and operate together • Act as the technical voice of Operations and partner with team leadership on priorities, systems, and tooling

🎯 Requirements

• Comfortable working with APIs, integrations, and automation tooling • Able to build and debug independently • Able to participate in technical conversations with engineers • Able to drive defined problems through to completion • Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and reliability • Understands how tools, workflows, and dependencies connect • Able to translate loosely defined or scoped problems into practical, well-structured solutions • Experience working with support platforms such as Zendesk • Familiarity with AI-driven tools and automation workflows • Background in Ops, Support, or CX environments • Experience working with evolving or fragmented tooling stacks
