📋 Description

• Monitor system performance and availability and rectify identified issues • Respond to incidents involving batch jobs, message queues, system integration components, and end-user reports • Analyze incident root causes following response plans • Fix root causes and recover damaged data to prevent recurrence • Build monitors and alerts to discover errors • Use development tools to analyze problems • Develop tools for ecosystem monitoring and self-diagnosis • Adopt best practices and continuously improve systems and processes to enhance reliability and performance

🎯 Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Development, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience • Knowledge of software engineering • Proficiency in one or more programming languages • Knowledge of system administration and managing production environments • Proficiency in monitoring and logging tools • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and infrastructure-as-code tools is an asset • Successful candidate must pass a background check • Availability for a rotational on-call schedule with evening and weekend shifts • Extended work hours, including evenings and weekends, will be required
