📋 Description

• Design and enhance early careers development programs, including apprenticeship and school-to-work initiatives • Lead inclusive recruiting strategies to expand access to diverse talent pools and strengthen equitable hiring outcomes • Coordinate participant placement, rotations, and career progression activities • Support onboarding, mentoring, cohort engagement, and community-building initiatives • Advise recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders on structured selection methodologies • Analyze program and recruiting data to measure outcomes, identify trends, and support data-driven talent decisions • Develop standard work, documentation, and scalable processes to improve program effectiveness and compliance • Build partnerships with educational institutions, community organizations, veteran groups, disability networks, and professional associations • Manage and coordinate complex talent, HR, or project-based initiatives across stakeholders, priorities, and timelines • Deliver customer-focused solutions and recommendations across diverse audiences

🎯 Requirements

• Preferred experience supporting Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, workforce development, or early career talent programs within a complex organizational environment • Experience with external talent sourcing methodologies, recruiting technologies, and data analytics tools • Human resources consulting and business process execution capabilities • Ability to partner with internal stakeholders, KellyOCG support teams, educational institutions, and external organizations • Ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative workforce data and communicate recommendations • Technology and digital tools for program delivery, recruiting effectiveness, reporting accuracy, and operational agility • Program documentation, enablement materials, governance standards, and process controls • Ability to develop and deliver training, guidance, and recruiting best practices • Ability to manage and coordinate complex talent, HR, or project-based initiatives • Strong consulting, communication, relationship-building, collaboration, interpersonal, customer-focus, and cultural-awareness skills • Data analytics, insights, and metrics for evaluating outcomes and supporting decision-making • Commitment to inclusive recruiting practices and talent development • Adaptability, resourcefulness, execution skills, continuous improvement mindset, and innovation • Professional certifications in project management, HR management, or a directly related field, or equivalent experience are preferred
