📋 Description

• Construct annual and multi-year financial budgets, with quarterly forecasting updates • Provide financial visibility into monthly and quarterly execution • Partner with operating leaders to provide analytics and insights that drive financial results • Support M&A activity, including deal analysis, evaluation, integration planning and execution • Prepare business communications and financial results for MBR, financial closing activity and Board of Directors-level communications • Support tax, accounting, treasury and regulatory requirements as needed • Provide thought leadership and financial support for Group Strategy priorities and objectives • Evaluate and financially model business initiatives • Manage and oversee team talent development and provide training and learning opportunities • Build a high-performance, sustainable organization aligned with strategic and operational goals

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years experience in roles of increasing financial responsibility • Demonstrated leadership capability in managing and supporting senior level clients/operating partners • Experience in Financial Analysis and Modeling • Experience leading and developing people, preferably leading managers • Bachelor’s Degree is required • Travel based on the needs of the business • Advanced degree in a relevant field, such as an MBA, preferred • M&A experience, including deal evaluation, acquisition and integration activities, preferred • Experience with technology platforms and digital strategy support, preferred
