📋 Description

• Champion Agile and Lean best practices, coach teams, and visualize organizational work • Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical boundaries • Optimize team flow, address issues, and build agile capabilities • Lead continual planning through post-launch support and benefits realization • Identify and rectify team-dynamic issues and provide effective feedback • Connect day-to-day work with the product vision • Contribute across different phases of product delivery • Work with Customer Success and Product Lead on continuous improvement • Manage a business analyst and a Customer Engineer

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in Agile project management and successful implementation of methodologies • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills • Track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring timely delivery • Effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels • Strong understanding of technology and its applications, especially AI/Data Science products • Continuous learning mindset and awareness of Agile practice trends • Adaptability to a fast-paced, evolving work environment • Multilingual skills are a bonus • Remote working experience is a bonus • CSM, TKP, KMP, or KCP Agile certification is a bonus • Experience with distributed teams and AI/Data Science products is a bonus • Familiarity with the insurance industry is a bonus
