📋 Description

• Execute employee relations processes, including drafting disciplinary and grievance documentation, coordinating meetings, and maintaining confidential records • Generate and distribute employment contracts and contractual changes • Maintain the regional policy repository • Ensure compliance with regional employment law and local regulations • Support mandatory staff training, including health and safety training • Manage end-to-end regional payroll with Finance and external payroll partners • Own regional HRIS data integrity, employee changes, and absence management • Manage visa sponsorship applications and employee relocations • Administer perks and benefits, including pension/GRSP, insurance, salary sacrifice schemes, and extended leave • Prepare compensation review data and update HRIS records • Manage onboarding, offboarding, and re-onboarding processes • Coordinate system access, right-to-work checks, induction scheduling, and exit administration • Assist with engagement activities and in-person or virtual events • Act as first point of contact for routine HR policy, benefits, and process queries • Support the regional People Business Partner and Global People Ops team

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience (2+ years) as an HR (People Ops) Generalist or People Ops Coordinator in a fast-paced environment • In Canada, fluency in French and English • Strong foundational knowledge of UK, US, Canada or European employment law • Practical experience supporting operational HR across the employee lifecycle • Direct, hands-on experience managing and processing payroll for a UK, Europe or Canada-based business • Experience or comfort with supporting visa sponsorship and employee relocation administration • Highly organized and dependable, with strong attention to detail and self-sufficiency • Capable of managing complex logistics • Experience with HRIS; HiBob experience preferred • Knowledge or experience supporting teams in multiple countries is beneficial
