• Direct Support to your Regional People Business Partner and the Global People Ops team • Employee Relations Execution • Contract and Policy Management • Compliance Administration • Core HR & Employee Mobility Ownership • Payroll Management • HRIS Management • Immigration & Relocation • Perks and Benefits Management • Employee Lifecycle Management • Onboarding & Offboarding • Event and Support • First-Line Support

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience (2+ years) as an HR (People Ops) Generalist or People Ops Coordinator in a fast-paced environment. • In Canada, fluency in French and English • Strong foundational knowledge of UK, US, Canada or European employment law. • Direct, hands-on experience managing and processing payroll for a UK, Europe or Canada-based business. • Experience or comfort with supporting visa sponsorship and employee relocation administration. • Highly organized & dependable person with strong attention to detail and self-sufficiency. • Experience with HRIS (HiBob experience preferred).
