• Proven experience (2+ years) as an HR (People Ops) Generalist or People Ops Coordinator in a fast-paced environment. • In Canada, fluency in French and English • Strong foundational knowledge of UK, US, Canada or European employment law. • Direct, hands-on experience managing and processing payroll for a UK, Europe or Canada-based business. • Experience or comfort with supporting visa sponsorship and employee relocation administration. • Highly organized & dependable person with strong attention to detail and self-sufficiency. • Experience with HRIS (HiBob experience preferred).
