📋 Description

• Provide audiological phone support to customers, including fitting, troubleshooting, software, instrument selection, and technical product reviews • Collaborate with Sales and Training • Participate in seminars, workshops, and product launches • Work as part of a multidisciplinary Audiology & Training team • Support hearing healthcare products and services for people with hearing loss

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Audiology or Hearing Instrument Specialization • 2+ years experience within a clinical environment • Knowledge of NOAH and manufacturer software • Experience in selection and fitting of Hearing Instruments and FM systems • Experience with testing, fitting hearing aids, programming software and verification equipment • Bilingual in English and French, written and verbal is mandatory • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent time management and negotiation skills • Strong technical problem-solving abilities • Able to work independently • Excellent teamwork skills
