📋 Description

• Assist with needs analysis, training development, logistics and delivery • Coach and mentor employees • Advise and assist clients and partners • Develop tools, methods and processes • Diagnose issues, challenges and needs to determine target outcomes • Plan, coordinate and deliver employee training • Carry out post-training activities and recommend corrective measures • Help develop, produce, deliver and promote new training programs, solutions and content • Suggest training delivery methods • Help develop and implement objectives, solutions, policies, programs and action plans • Analyze data and conduct studies • Make recommendations and write reports • Interact with stakeholders working in other fields

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field • A minimum of two years of relevant experience • Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered • Knowledge of French is required • Business insight • Interpersonal Savvy
