📋 Description

• Maintain an assigned caseload while delivering customer service to external and internal customers • Coordinate all phases of domestic relocation activities on behalf of clients • Counsel transferees on relocation policies and optimal use of resources • Review and interpret marketing reports, appraisals, inspections, broker market analyses, and property action plans • Oversee the equity funding process • Coordinate household-goods shipments, destination services, and expense management • Coordinate Cartus products and services according to prescribed standards • Identify cross-selling opportunities based on transferee needs • Ensure data integrity in Cartus systems and compliance with corporate policies and standards • Ensure supplier partners complete tasks related to property sales and closings • Build working relationships with network and non-network brokers • Coordinate agent property action plans and market updates • Serve as a real estate subject-matter expert for internal and external customers • Manage critical marketing information and events according to corporate client policy • Work 40 hours per week from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual French and English • Two years prior relocation/real estate experience with home sale closings • Two years customer service experience in a call center environment • Influential verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational and analytical skills • Computer literacy • Ability to multitask, plan, and organize • Ability to work in a team environment • Customer advocacy and superior customer service skills • Strategic thinking, judgment, and decision-making skills • Cultural awareness • Flexibility and ability to manage stress and pressure • College degree or equivalent preferred
