📋 Description

• Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL queries, views, stored procedures, and packages in Oracle • Support database-driven marketing campaigns, including audience selection, segmentation, suppression logic, and tracking • Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and data science teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions • Provide production support, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis for data issues • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance across large, high-volume datasets

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a SQL Developer, with significant hands-on Oracle experience • Advanced proficiency in Oracle SQL • Experience working with large-scale relational databases and complex data models • Solid understanding of database marketing concepts, such as customer data, segmentation, campaign targeting, and response tracking • Strong performance tuning and query optimization skills • Experience with data quality validation and reconciliation • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment • Clear verbal & written communication skills • Asks effective questions • Problem-solving • Curiosity and investigative mindset • Collaboration • Flexibility • Learning agility • Openness to feedback • Managing ambiguity • Time management • Attention to detail • Planning and organization • Multitasking • Accountability • Cross-functional collaboration
