📋 Description

• Perform independent research to discover and propose new initiatives • Design mockups and functioning prototypes with world-class visual polish • Adapt experiences across web, desktop, mobile, and the Chrome Extension • Contribute regularly to the design library of tokens, components, and patterns • Leverage coding tools to ship front-end improvements to production • Own the roadmap, milestones, timelines, and issues for the team's work • Identify problems, propose solutions, guide implementation, and work closely with others to bring ideas to market

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years experience designing software that spans many surfaces • Comfortable leading without authority and owning your team's success • Ability to identify problems, distill feedback, and advocate for changes • Mastery of visual design, layout composition, and information hierarchy • Familiarity with code and experience creating production prototypes • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Remote-first within Canada on Eastern time
