📋 Description

• Partner with Lead Talent Partners to design and manage the full candidate journey for evergreen and specialist roles across engineering, product, design and operations • Run intro calls and act as each candidate’s main point of contact • Coordinate interview loops with hiring managers and interviewers • Run outbound recruiting and source passive candidates • Write and test candidate outreach • Share market insights and flag challenges • Use AI tools deliberately to source smarter and move faster • Keep the ATS clean and current • Share knowledge, support teammates, and suggest improvements to Talent team processes • Report to the Lead Talent Partner

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience with real exposure to technical hiring • High bar for candidate experience, including fast replies, clear communication, and honesty • Organization to juggle multiple roles, candidates and calendars • Ability to push back on hiring managers and turn down candidates while maintaining trust • Comfort with cold outreach • Experience using AI tools in recruiting • Problem-solving instinct and follow-through • Nice to have: Experience with Greenhouse or Ashby • Nice to have: Startup or consultancy background
