• Partner with Territory Manager in the assigned territory to understand prospects’ clinical needs • Demonstrate FUJIFILM Sonosite products and close new deals • Support territory sales goals and attain annual KPIs • Implement FUJIFILM Sonosite products at customer sites • Train customers to use new products • Own post-sales field activities, including encouraging product adoption and addressing customer issues • Maintain FUJIFILM Sonosite presence and relationships at installed-base client sites • Convey the overall value of products to users and stakeholders • Work with Inside Sales Representatives on field demonstrations when needed • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and refer them for pursuit and closure • Provide clinical, technical, and educational support to new and existing customers • Support other company areas as needed • Act as the primary commercial resource when the Territory Manager counterpart is absent • Carry out requirements of the company’s quality system
• 2 year degree from an accredited ultrasound teaching institution • RDMS in Abdomen/OB GYN, RDCS, or RVT • At least 3 years’ experience in diagnostic ultrasound • Experience dealing with numerous requirements and performing detailed prioritization • Ability to understand clinical and business needs of customers and FUJIFILM Sonosite • Ability to translate customer needs into clear product requests • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills • Ability to develop and maintain positive customer relationships • Ability to manage interpersonal relationships with team members and colleagues • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and workloads • Organized work style and ability to meet customer and company time requirements • Willingness to work occasional weekends, holidays, and after hours • Ability to travel 90% of the time, potentially including overnight travel • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds • General proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams • Must register with one or more vendor credentialing services used by customer hospitals • Proof of immunizations including MMR and hepatitis, and drug testing/screening required for credentialing • Ability to work under minimal supervision with strong teamwork and cross-functional interaction • Must be able to enter customer facilities and comply with facility requirements
