📋 Description

• Act as the single point of contact for customers and resolve support-service concerns • Maintain knowledge of assigned regions, coverage areas, product lines, configurations, and installations • Represent the direct access point to internal functions supporting customers • Establish and maintain ongoing technical and business support for assigned customers • Execute policies and strategies using technical expertise and prior experience • Analyze business drivers and integrate team activities with other teams • Propose solutions and solve straightforward tasks with guidance • Use internal technical and analytical resources to make decisions • Provide informal guidance to new team members • Plan and execute services, maintenance, repairs, and refurbishment of products

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced experience in Services & Customer Service Management • For USA roles: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in the relevant job family/function • Strong oral and written communication skills • Ability to analyze and resolve problems • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • Established project management skills • Legally authorized to work in the United States • GE HealthCare will not sponsor employment visas • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable • Customer vaccination mandates may apply to certain employees
