📋 Description

• Support G-P’s clients and engaged professionals with best-in-class HR support • Assist in managing back-end HR, accounting, and legal service providers supporting international entities • Serve as a regional expert for employee lifecycle events and HR functions in Canada • Provide senior-level guidance on Canadian market norms, compliance, benefits, payroll, and Canada-specific HR matters • Manage Canadian payroll providers, benefits brokers, HR advisors, and other partners • Collaborate with Customer Services on client acquisition and long-term customer relationships • Support off-boarding and strategic termination handling in compliance with Canadian labour laws • Drive adoption and integration of product and AI initiatives to improve HR Operations workflows and automate routine responsibilities • Address potential errors through creative negotiation and develop win-win-win solutions • Solve complex problems using analytical thinking • Resolve ongoing client queries by involving appropriate team members • Maintain customer and professional records in the online portal and vendor platforms • Lead end-to-end compliance projects with cross-functional teams and drive local and global initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA Degree or higher in Human Resources, International Business, Accounting, Law, or a related field • 5+ years of Human Resources experience, preferably as an HR Specialist, HR Generalist, and/or HR Business Partner • Solid working knowledge of HR concepts, practices, and procedures • In-depth knowledge of Canadian employment laws and legal requirements • Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment • Ability to prioritize, self-motivate, and regulate while working independently and in a team environment • Resourceful and adaptable; able to navigate unknown territory and solve problems in compliance with regulations • Excellent written and spoken communication skills • Experience interacting with people internationally and understanding diverse cultural norms, values, and communication styles • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint • Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and streamline workflows • Highly reliable, organized, and customer-service-oriented with creative problem-solving skills • Willingness to work flexible hours across time zones for international business • Immediate availability required
