📋 Description

• Engage with prospects nationwide through phone and video meetings • Showcase GroupHEALTH employee benefits solutions • Exceed sales quotas and help businesses enhance their benefits offerings • Communicate with Canadian business leaders about their current employee benefits plans • Leverage qualified leads from the New Business Development team to create opportunities • Consistently close new business at or above quota • Educate and guide prospects through the decision-making process • Assess prospects' business goals • Collaborate with business leaders to evaluate and improve benefits plans • Create customized solutions that outperform existing plans • Hand prospects over to the dedicated Client Services team after agreement • Prospect and work with the BDR team during training to develop sales capabilities • Complete LLQP study during the first two weeks and participate in comprehensive training

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of B2B sales experience • Experience in insurance or group benefits is a plus • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Quick thinker with a knack for technology • Experience in cold calling and lead generation • Familiarity with CRM systems is an asset • Bilingual in spoken and written French is an asset • LLQP (Life License Qualification Program) license obtained during onboarding
