📋 Description

• Increase sales and market penetration in the assigned geographic territory • Develop customer relationships and understand customer business requirements • Proactively develop solutions and programs to meet customer needs • Work with distributors, engineers and contractors installing valve solutions • Devise effective territory sales and implement marketing strategies • Leverage Henkel’s defined sales process to build accounts • Maintain and develop prospects, customers, opportunities, quotes, and sales activities in the CRM system • Travel throughout western Canada and occasionally outside the region

🎯 Requirements

• Preferred for candidate to reside within the western Canada territory • No relocation allowance • Ability to work effectively with distributors, engineers and contractors installing valve solutions • Ability to communicate a highly technical and value-added value proposition • Ability to connect and engage with key influencing personnel at the project level • Understanding decision making for valve technology and managing the bid process is critical • Ability to use Henkel’s CRM system and defined sales process • Ability to travel up to 75%
