📋 Description

• Maintain a full portfolio of new CRM clients as their data point of contact throughout onboarding • Conduct data imports by preparing complex data import rules for software engineers • Perform pre-migration audits, data validation checks, and post-migration reconciliation • Examine source Excel data for structure, quality, inconsistencies, missing values, and non-standard entries • Document data maps, transformation logic, migration issues, and requirements • Communicate with business stakeholders and development teams • Resolve data import errors and data discrepancies during or after migration • Keep Rocketlane, ZenDesk, JIRA, Salesforce, and other internal systems accurate and up to date • Collaborate with Sales, Onboarding, and Support teams to align client strategy and project status

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced Excel and Google Sheet skills, including knowledge of common functions • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and integrity • History of delivering exceptional customer service • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Highly-developed written and verbal communication skills • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills • Experience in the nonprofit industry preferred • Experience working in a SaaS environment preferred • Legally authorized to work in the United States and/or Canada • Experience working with a CRM • Experience managing databases • Experience in a client-facing or client-support role
