📋 Description

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients seeking access to the national continuum of treatment services • Identify the best-fit services based on clients’ expressed needs • Articulate program value and convert interest into admissions • Collaborate with Clinical, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to address client needs and progress treatment admissions • Manage leads in sales tracking software • Set up clients in financial software • Draft and forward payment agreements • Process payments • Participate in team meetings and support national sales colleagues • Act as a subject matter expert for process and application enhancements

🎯 Requirements

• Diploma in Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, or a Health-related field • 2–3 years’ experience in a professional business environment or health-related field • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational and time management skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and lead tracking software, including Salesforce • Ability to work well with others and take responsibility for actions and decisions • Openness to new ideas and ways of working • Detail-oriented and accurate work style • Intermediate telephonic skills in crisis assessment • Ability to work Monday through Friday, 11 a.m.–7 p.m. Pacific Standard Time
