📋 Description

• Lead AI transformation projects with clients • Lead fundraising efforts for funds or clients • Manage investment funds • Manage CEOs at client organizations • Drive sales initiatives at Human Agency • Partner with recruiting to grow the team • Serve as CEO of a venture studio company • Manage client project delivery • Drive value through data and analytics for clients • Lead go-to-market initiatives for clients • Own and solve ambiguous, high-stakes problems outside defined departments • Manage work independently without hand-holding or routine check-ins • Move between strategic work such as board preparation, investor materials, and business development and ground-level execution such as scheduling, research, and client issues • Deploy AI tools daily to amplify output • Identify opportunities, inefficiencies, and threats proactively

• Fundamentally good human • Mission-driven operator with deep commitment to Human Agency's values and vision • No ego and willingness to do whatever the job requires • Self-managing problem solver who does not require constant management • AI-first mindset and ability to use AI as a force multiplier • Builder mentality; must have shipped something and attach proof of something built with AI to the application or cover letter • Generalist with range across many areas • 5–7+ years in high-performing environments such as management consulting, venture capital/private equity, business development, or startup leadership positions • Demonstrated success driving ambiguous, complex initiatives to completion • Outstanding written and verbal communication; ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable briefs • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Commitment to ethical practices and responsible business operations • Preference for candidates in major tech hubs • Strong preference for overlap with EST business hours
