📋 Description

• Run one of Human Agency's ventures with full ownership of the product, customers, revenue, and P&L • Own product direction, customer acquisition, operations, and financial performance • Ship AI-native products using AI as a core capability • Find customers, close deals, deliver value, and build a repeatable growth engine • Hire and lead a small, high-performing team as the venture scales • Make strategic pivots, discontinue ineffective ideas, and prioritize successful initiatives • Regularly report progress, learnings, challenges, and pivots to studio leadership • Collaborate with Human Agency's studio resources, AI tooling, network, and capital

🎯 Requirements

• Experience running a startup, product line, business unit, or revenue-generating venture with ownership of outcomes • Product and sales instincts; ability to build desirable products and convince customers to pay • AI-native approach and experience building with AI tools • Experience managing a P&L or accountability for financial performance • Understanding of unit economics and burn rate • Demonstrable proof of work through built, shipped, sold, or grown artifacts • Self-managing and self-directing • Ability to make quick decisions with incomplete information and learn from mistakes • Owner mindset with ability to solve problems independently • Comfort with autonomy and accountability • Intellectual honesty and data-driven decision-making • Commitment to meaningful products, missions, and users
